We require payment in advance for attendance at all scheduled events. The registration fee includes course materials and refreshments if provided. When payment is received, a spot will be reserved for you at the event and you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk email folder. Feel free to call or email to confirm if you have not received this email.
All payments are processed with Paypal but you can use Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. A paypal user account is not required. Checks are accepted for payment, please contact us directly to make arrangements. Payments may be made in person on the day of the event. Please contact us in advance to confirm that walk-in space is available.
Cancellation notifications must be made via email at least 10 days in advance of the scheduled event. Please note “Refund Request” in the subject line of the email. To cover administrative costs, all refunds are subject to a $20.00 processing fee.
We accept substitutions if you are unable to attend at the last minute. Contact us by email or phone to confirm substitutions at least 24 hours before the scheduled event.
In the event Meraki CEUS must cancel, postpone, modify or reschedule an event for any unforeseen reason, registrants will be notified as soon as possible by phone or email with the contact information provided at the time of registration.
In the event of an emergency or inclement weather, we will contact each participant by 6am the day of the event, through phone or email contact provided at the time of registration.
We will distribute certificates at the end of the workshop unless otherwise noted. In order to obtain the certificate, participants must sign in, attend the entire workshop and submit a completed course evaluation at the end of the training event.
Replacement certificates will be provided within one year of a completed event for a cost of $25.00 each. Please email us directly to make arrangements for payment.
CE endorsement is identified in the brochure and on the information page for each scheduled event.
If a course reaches capacity, we will start a waitlist. Please contact us directly if you would like to be placed on the waitlist and specify in the email the course date, location, subject, contact information and that you would like to be added to the waitlist. If space becomes available, we will contact individuals on the waitlist in the order of their request.
If you require special accommodations, please contact us and submit a completed registration form at least 20 business days prior to the date of the conference. Requests not submitted with the requested guidelines will not be able to be processed or fulfilled in time for the event. We will make every effort to make the accommodations requested.
Photo & Video
Registrants may be requested to consent in writing to have their picture taken and/or be videotaped while participating in a Meraki CEUS event. By doing so, registrant agrees that Meraki CEUS may release such photograph(s) for advertising, marketing, and/or promotional purposes. Registrant grants permission to the rights of use of their image, likeness as recorded on any medium or media format without payment or any other consideration. Registrant also accepts that their image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waives the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein their likeness may appear. Registrant also waives any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of their image or recording.
